YourCoach is an enterprise that owns a full practice management platform and an operational environment that facilitates collaboration between health and wellness coaches, their clients, companies, and their employees.

Business challenge
YourCoach decided to expand its corporate customer base by providing coaching services via API, SDK, and widgets. In July 2022, YourCoach announced a partnership with a DTx platform.
The client requested that YourCoach’s digital solution be accessible through their own web platform. The YourCoach team had to deliver an in-app experience to the client’s end-users.
The DTx platform has native iOS and Android applications and Binariks had to integrate an adaptive browser experience into these applications.
YourCoach invited Binariks to collaborate on behalf of the tech partner.
Solution
Our team came to the conclusion that it’s best to integrate the YourCoach solution in a shape of an in-app experience that is quite similar to widgets.
Implementation
During the early phases of the ongoing collaboration, Binariks assembled a cross-functional team comprised of front and back-end engineers, a solution architect, a business analyst, manual and automation quality assurance specialists, and a DevOps engineer. After a kick-off meeting, the team set out to integrate the coach practice solution into the client’s application.
The finalized in-app experience can be customized to match the client's brand.
Binariks team also added the requested set of functions:
- There’s an automated algorithm of matching users with coaches based on the personal information in the token from DTx platform
- An admin can also create users and match them with coaches
- Users can open a chat window from the corporate web app
- Both coaches and users can schedule and update appointments
- They can conduct voice and video coaching sessions
- Users can set and track goals and receive tasks
- The client can also track the activity of users and generate reports

As a result, the client achieved one of the strategic business goals and can now meet the needs of both corporate clients and independent users.
The team has successfully delivered a fully-functioning in-app experience and is now preparing to integrate the product with a couple of other solutions.
