What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably for outsourcing software development companies
  • Good understanding of the recruiting process
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references.
  • Conduct pre-interviewing of candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references
  • Initiate screening of candidates and facilitate effective and close communication between Candidates, Technical Experts and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the applicant tracking system
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using social media tools Intermediate Strong or higher level spoken and written English
  • Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, languages
  • Professional working proficiency in English & Polish

Your Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Build a strong pipeline and source candidates for key positions to quickly meet the needs of the business
  • Assessing applicants; knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Foster and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal HR teams to support effective hiring
  • Schedule virtual and in-person interviews, including any candidate travel arrangements (as needed), to create a clear and enjoyable candidate experience
  • Review and understand technical job requirements
