What recommendations are considered successful?
- The recommended person must know that he is being recommended for a position at Binariks and be open to cooperation.
- The recommendation is considered successful after the candidate has passed the recruitment process, accepted the job offer and successfully completed the probationary period.
- The referred person must not work for Binariks.
- The submitted candidate should not have been processed within the last 3 months prior to the recommendation.
- The recommendation is fixed for the referee for 1 month.
- If the recommendation was given earlier by another referee, then it is valid only for the one who sent it first.
Who can recommend?
- Program participants may submit an unlimited number of referrals.
- Any person who reached the legal age can submit a recommendation.
Payment of the bonus and its amounts
- The bonus is paid after the candidate passes the trial period (the trial period usually lasts 3 months, but sometimes it can be changed according to the manager's decision)
- The size of the bonus will be announced by the recruiter after he receives a job offer from Binariks. It depends on the technical level of the candidate and the priority of the vacancy.

- If there is no relevant vacancy, go to the "Refer a friend (if you don't find relevant vacancy)" block
- Fill out the form
- Tick "I am working at Binariks"
- Submit the form

External recommendation
