Office Manager in Office (Lviv)



Binariks is looking for a proactive Office Manager who will be joined to our HR team to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations in our office in Lviv.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of commercial experience as an Office Manager/SMM specialist or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

  • Practical knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

  • Intermediate or higher level of English


Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities 

  • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies

  • Make travel arrangements for the senior managers

  • Develop fresh and engaging content for the company’s social media platforms

  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand Manager to ensure content aligns with the company's brand and messaging

  • Engage with the internal community through content moderation and event planning 

  • Plan and execute the events, e.x. corporate gatherings

  • Manage company-branded merchandise

  • Assist with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities

  • Keep databases in check and update them regularly

  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is under office needs

  • Handle phone calls and all related correspondence 

  • Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space

  • Management of the budget for office expenses

  • Oversee liability insurance agreements and cooperate  with brokers

  • Partner with HR operations and SA team in on-and off-boarding of employees (workplace preparation, office tour, access card, welcome package, etc)

  • Create and present reports for senior managers

  • Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary

  • Maintaining a database of essential dates in the life of employees (such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, births of children, etc.)

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned
