About:
We are looking for a skilled Zendesk AI Specialist (Contractor) to support an e-commerce platform selling medical uniforms. The goal is to implement AI within Zendesk to automate customer outreach and streamline inbound query handling.

This is a part-time opportunity that can be easily combined with a full-time job or other projects.

• Hands-on experience with custom AI integrations via Zendesk API




• Ability to estimate capabilities, risks, and costs of AI solutions




• Solid understanding of Zendesk architecture and automation options

Your Responsibilities

• Audit existing Zendesk setup and evaluate built-in AI tools




• Conduct feasibility analysis and propose tailored AI solutions




• Estimate implementation efforts and potential risks




• Deliver a clear integration plan and roadmap




• Advise on improvements beyond default Zendesk functionality

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in e-commerce or healthcare domains




• Familiarity with third-party AI tools and outreach automation




• Background in chatbot setup and optimization
