

Senior.Net Engineer
Binariks is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior C# Engineer.
Project: UK-based fintech platform that provides intelligent cash management solutions to help clients maximize returns and manage their liquidity efficiently. The company is undergoing a major architectural shift from a monolithic system to a microservices-based infrastructure to improve scalability, resilience, and development velocity.

The company is undergoing a major architectural shift from a monolithic system to a microservices-based infrastructure to improve scalability, resilience, and development velocity.
Project details:
- Migration from a monolith to a microservices architecture
- Tech stack: C#, Azure, Kubernetes
- Existing team: 6 engineers in the UK
- Engagement: Full-time (or close to full-time) for 5–6 months
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams in both the UK and offshore
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with C# (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Azure DevOps)
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes-based solutions
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and distributed systems
- Experience in migration from monolithic architectures to microservices
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level
- Experience with Azure Service Mesh or similar
- Event-driven architecture experience
- Background in fintech or financial services
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices architecture
- Collaborate closely with the UK team to plan and execute the migration from monolith to microservices
- Develop, deploy, and maintain microservices using C#, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Optimize and secure Azure-based deployments
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for scalability and maintainability
- Mentor mid-level engineers on the project
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards
