Senior/Lead .NET Engineer in Remote (Ukraine)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior/Lead .NET Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge applications in the insurance domain. 

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in developing full stack web applications.




• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).




• Expert-level MS SQL skills including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design.




• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines




• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across teams




• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English




• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).




• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap.




• Prior experience working in insurance or financial services environments.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders and product teams to understand business, financial, and insurance-related requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack web applications with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.




• Build and support RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core, following best practices and industry standards.




• Design, optimize, and maintain MS SQL databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and reporting logic.




• Develop and support financial and accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.




• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and delivery commitments.




• Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert, providing hands-on development and mentoring less-experienced engineers.




• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to architectural and coding standards.
