The QA team currently consists of three QA engineers, with plans for further growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing with a focus on backend systems

  • Proven experience leading QA teams and building QA processes in fast-growing teams

  • Hands-on experience testing products in production environments

  • Experience with mobile testing (iOS and/or Android)

  • Proficiency in REST API testing, including request/response validation and error analysis

  • Experience working with JSON and Postman

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and integration testing

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, establish and refine QA processes and best practices

  • Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans

  • Work with Cloud Console UI for backend testing: send messages to queues, validate payloads, retrieve responses, and verify data flow across services

  • Conduct mobile testing across different platforms and devices

  • Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution

  • Validate API requests and responses to ensure accuracy and proper error handling

  • Perform integration testing within a microservices environment

  • Use advanced SQL (selects, joins, subqueries) to create and execute complex queries for data validation

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential risks

Will Be a Plus:

  • Ability to analyze data structures in JSON and XML formats specific to FHIR

  • Experience working with FHIR or HL7 protocols

  • Understanding of FHIR standards, including resource types, operations, profiles, and extensions
