Senior Software Engineer – Camunda BPM Specialist (Contractor, part-time)

Binariks seeks a highly motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer – Camunda BPM Specialist.
Our client is the leading specialist, delivering integrated solutions that combine insurance, assistance and technology.
It`s a Contractor position, part-time.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on business process orchestration using Camunda BPM
- Proficient in BPMN and experienced in designing and implementing workflows using Camunda
- Solid understanding of backend technologies (preferably Python or Java) and integration with frontend systems (Angular).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience working in multicultural teams and interfacing with international clients
- Demonstrated capability in leading technical projects and mentoring team members
- At least Upper-intermediate English
Will be a plus:
- Familiarity with claims processing, underwriting, or health insurance systems is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
Camunda BPM Development: Design, implement, and optimize business process workflows using Camunda BPM, ensuring efficient claims processing automation
BPMN Expertise: Develop and refine BPMN models that accurately represent business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend (Angular) and backend (Java, Python) teams to integrate Camunda-driven workflows into the overall system architecture
Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and propose enhancements to improve automation, efficiency, and overall performance
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all Camunda implementations and process flows
