What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
Good knowledge & practical experience with the Scrum framework
Practical experience with The Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework
Experience leading agile/scrum adoption at the team level
Industry Certification(s): Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Lean Methodology, and/or Project Management
Good understanding of the full range of SDLC
Experience working on large-scale, multiple Scrum team projects
Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Ability to listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Your Responsibilities

Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams
Work closely with project stakeholders: manage clients’ expectations, engagement, and satisfaction
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to promote good Agile practices.
Work cross-functionally to align strategy, methodology, and execution
Facilitate management of scrum team dependencies with program teams, third parties, or release managers
Maintain metrics for team-level progress and quality visibility to stakeholders
Establish team-level drive events (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
Remove team impediments and escalate as needed
Track and manage project execution per company delivery and financial management practices

Will be a plus

Understanding of fundamentals of DevOps, Continuous Delivery & Accept Test Drive Development (ATDD)
Experience with Agile Management tools (e.g., Agile Central, JIRA, VersionOne)
Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
Experience practically implementing or executing within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience with DevOps (Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Service-Oriented Architecture)
