

Senior Scrum Master (Healthcare experience) in Remote (Ukraine)
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join a project - a clinical trial technology platform. It’s designed to digitize, streamline, and accelerate clinical trial operations across the full study lifecycle. The solution represents an end-to-end clinical trial management ecosystem that integrates multiple tools into one platform.
You will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, ensuring the team follows Scrum processes, and removing obstacles to team progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, empathy for end-user needs, and a strong track record.

What We’re Looking For:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent and relevant experience may also be considered
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle conflict resolution
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar
- 7+ years of professional experience working in agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to keep a healthy and productive working environment within the team, clear blockers, and resolve dependencies and risks
- Experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, and describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in a Clinical Research Organization or healthcare-related industry
- Plan and conduct all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
- Ensure all team members understand the purpose and importance of each event
- Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress
- Work with the team and organization to remove barriers and ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Guide the team on Agile principles and ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting continuous improvement and self-organization
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and setting priorities
- Work on the capacity planning for the team
- Track and manage team performance using relevant metrics and tools
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on team progress, challenges, and achievements
- Facilitate team retrospectives and encourage actionable improvements
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency and product quality
- Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP))
- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe)
