Senior Project Manager (Life Sciences domain) in Remote (Europe)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Manager for our client, a global provider of healthcare solutions specializing in data analytics, software development, and digital transformation. You’ll join a team working on a platform for an industry leader in scientific instrumentation and life sciences. The product supports research in pharma and healthcare by delivering digital solutions that drive innovation and improve outcomes.

Location - Poland.

What We’re Looking For: 

• 10+ years of proven experience in managing software projects with full accountability


• Familiar with LIMS/ELN platforms (e.g., Revity, IDBS) and Scientific software (e.g., ChemDraw, ChemCAD)


• Experience in managing projects through various phases of SDLC (e.g., Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance)


• Understanding of Scrum principles, roles, and ceremonies


• Ability to promote and adapt an Agile mindset within the team


• Experience in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira)


• Technical familiarity


• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients


• Continuous improvement focus


• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a project


• Developing and maintaining PM artifacts


• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution


• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction


• Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and managing risks to ensure timely delivery


• Identifying potential project roadblocks and working with stakeholders to mitigate risks


• Managing project budgets and resources efficiently
