Senior PHP Developer

We are looking for Senior PHP Developer who will join our team. Our Customer is an USA HealthCare company working in Electronic Visit Verification/Medicaid area. The solution contains a set of Mobile (phone&tablet) and web applications used by nursing home care and personal care services providers funded by US federal and state government. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of PHP 7–8+ and Laravel 11+.
  


• Solid understanding of SQL, with the ability to debug, maintain, and support large and complex SQL scripts.


• Experienced in working with legacy or less-structured code, identifying issues, debugging, and applying effective fixes.


• Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and feature tests.


• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
  


• Confident in using Git for version control and collaborative development.


• Strong knowledge of REST API.


• Experience with Docker and code refactoring.


• At least upper-Intermediate level of English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your squad to deliver high-quality solutions.


• Build scalable backend services mainly using PHP and Laravel.


• Champion BDD/DDD & OOP principles, ensuring our system design is robust and forward-thinking.


• Advocate for clean code and elevate best practices within the team.


• Pairing with other engineers to solve problems.


• Contribute to sprint goals and deliverables.


• Work closely with product and design to shape engineering-driven solutions.


• Contribute in technical discussions and architectural decisions.


• Share your knowledge and key learnings with others.
