Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior .NET Engineer to join our team.
The Engineer will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining our future EHR system, ensuring its reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, Postgres, Microsoft .Net Core C# and the Azure Cloud Platform, along with a deep understanding of contemporary software design patterns. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative support solutions. These roles core responsibilities are to create tools, automation and product features that facilitate customer support and success.
About the project: A SaaS platform is in the healthcare domain which gives the opportunity to manage appointments, communication between doctors and patients, billing, insurance, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software development and support, with a focus on back-end and front-end technologies
- Expert proficiency in Postgres, Azure Cloud Platform development, Atlassian JIRA and M365 Teams Integrations
- Strong understanding of software design patterns
- Must have experience working in agile scrum teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive technical requirements from business needs
- CI/CD: a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps for Continuous Integration and Delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to address support-related challenges
- Persuasive communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with React
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in Azure Cloud or other relevant technologies
Responsibilities
- Creating repeatable customer migration paths from our legacy systems to our Prosperity EHR Platform
- Build and support the Prosperity EHR documentation management capabilities
- Find creative ways to integrate JIRA Service Manager, Microsoft Teams and the Prosperity EHR Platform to create a world-class support experience.
- Facilitate Prosperty’s transition into a highly automated ChatOps centric support operational model
- Operationalize our observability and monitoring data into an intelligent platform to foster proactive issue/incident resolution and to ensure all communications channels are highly effective to achieve our SLA goals
- Issue Resolution: Identify strategies, data capture and protocols for troubleshooting and complex technical issue resolution.
- Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes using Azure DevOps to streamline updates and fixes.
- Create and manage scrum artifacts using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation of support tasks and issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Derive technical requirements from business needs, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and support objectives.
