Senior Fullstack Engineer(.Net+React)
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Support team (shifted working hours till 1 AM Kyiv time).
Our project - a SaaS platform is in the healthcare domain which gives the opportunity to manage appointments, communication between doctors and patients, billing, insurance, etc. The client is a leader in the behavioural health industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- A full stack engineer (.Net+React) with 5+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility for full-stack development.
- Shifted working hours till 1 AM Kyiv time
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and other teams to understand the root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in application support.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
- Assist in the testing of new features and updates to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback.
