Senior Full Stack Engineer (Support)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Support team (shifted working hours till 1 AM Kyiv time).
Our project - a EHR platform is in the healthcare domain which gives the opportunity to manage appointments, communication between doctors and patients, billing, insurance, etc. The client is a leader in the behavioural health industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• A full stack engineer (.Net+React) with 5+ years of experience.


• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility for full-stack development.


• Shifted working hours till 1 AM Kyiv time


• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
  
  
  

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support


• Troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.


• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and bug fixes.


• Collaborate with developers and other teams to understand the root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.


• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.


• Document and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.


• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in application support.


• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.


• Assist in the testing of new features and updates to ensure they meet quality standards.


• Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback.
