Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js+React) in Remote (Ukraine)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the team to build the operating system for private company equity. 

About the project A business valuation company delivering audit-defensible valuations for high-growth startups, private equity funds, and venture capital firms. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Frontend: 5+ years of expert-level React.js. You should be deeply comfortable with TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand), and building sophisticated data grids.




• Backend: 5+ years of Node.js experience. Proven ability to build secure, scalable APIs and microservices.




• Strong experience with PostgreSQL (relational equity data) and/or MongoDB.




• Experience with AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab).




• Experience implementing SOC2-level security practices, encryption, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).




• Experience in documenting requirements and specifications




• People-oriented and a team player




• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers




• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English




• Experience with projects in healthcare domain will be a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our core valuation engine using Node.js and React.js.




• Build complex, interactive React components for cap table modeling, waterfall analysis, and scenario simulation.




• Design robust SQL/NoSQL schemas to handle sensitive equity data with 100% accuracy and auditability.




• Develop internal tools to automate data extraction from legal documents and financial statements.




• Build secure integrations with major cap table providers (Carta, Shareworks) and accounting software.




• Maintain technical documentation for future reference.




• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during development.




• Collaborate with other team members on architecture and design decisions.
