Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java + React/TypeScript) in Remote (Ukraine)

Binariks is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java + React/TypeScript) to join our team and work on a comprehensive healthcare platform. This project unifies data, solutions, and services, enabling healthcare providers, payers, retail pharmacies, and technology companies to deliver seamless, personalized experiences. The platform supports over 150M people, leveraging 60K+ data connections and multiple integration options to address healthcare fragmentation.

This is a full-time position focused on Java (Spring Boot) and React/TypeScript.

• Strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot or other cloud-native frameworks


• Experience with React/TypeScript and micro-frontend architectures


• Solid understanding of AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)


• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, caching (Redis), and load balancing


• Strong API design skills (REST, GraphQL)


• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)


• Knowledge of observability, tracing, and cloud-native patterns


• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and design


• Ability to create or review UML/class diagrams and other technical documentation


• Upper-Intermediate English and strong communication skills

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React/TypeScript


• Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures


• Optimize databases, caching, and API performance


• Work with AWS services and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)


• Ensure high code quality, security, and observability


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document system architecture

• Experience working on healthcare projects
