About:We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP) to join our healthcare project on a part-time basis (10–15 hours per week), offering the flexibility to combine this opportunity with a full-time role. The project focuses on creating a high-fidelity patient record system designed to enhance the clarity and completeness of patient charts for healthcare providers, including clinics and individual practitioners.
Key responsibilities will include designing, deploying, and maintaining serverless infrastructure while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. The role requires strong expertise with GCP services and Terraform.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with GCP services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Run, Cloud Workflow, and Vertex AI)
- Familiarity with GCP Healthcare API for data management in healthcare environments
- Advanced knowledge of Terraform for designing and managing infrastructure
- Proficiency in monitoring and alerting using native GCP tools
- Deep understanding of IAM, encryption practices, and secure artifact management (e.g., Artifact Registry)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Strong communication skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP using Terraform
- Leverage GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI to build robust solutions
- Optimize cloud workflows using Cloud Workflow and Healthcare APIs
- Build and manage reusable Terraform modules for consistent infrastructure deployment
- Maintain and monitor Terraform state, ensuring secure and scalable configurations
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications using tools like Cloud Build, GitHub CI/CD
- Automate deployment workflows to Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and other services
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience in healthcare-related projects
- Experience implementing compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC 2
