Senior Business Analyst with Healthcare experience in Remote (Ukraine)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare to join our team and work on a comprehensive platform. This project unifies data, solutions, and services, enabling healthcare providers, payers, retail pharmacies, and technology companies to deliver seamless, personalized experiences. The platform supports over 150M people, leveraging 60K+ data connections and multiple integration options to address healthcare fragmentation.

This is a full-time position focused on bridging between product management and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient implementation of business requirements.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst


• Proven experience in healthcare projects and deep understanding of the industry


• Understanding of how EHR systems and API integrations work in a healthcare environment


• Familiarity with HIPAA, the 21st Century Cures Act, FHIR, and HL7 standards


• Experience in workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and solution validation


• Upper-intermediate English


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals


• Act as a liaison between product managers and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions


• Evaluate risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution


• Work closely with healthcare professionals, regulatory experts, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards


• Validate solutions to confirm they meet business and regulatory requirements

• Expertise in healthcare interoperability, data capture, and patient engagement solutions
