Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

Binariks is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
About the Project: The system in the Fintech domain caters to a broad range of use cases and loan products while ensuring efficient tracking of individual loans and their associated elements, such as repayment schedules, transactions, and disbursements. We are working with an API-driven core banking solution that handles complex financial products, client management, and accounting.
What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis 


• Solid grasp of core banking concepts


• Forensic analytical skills (attention to the edge cases, integration awareness) 


• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, or Sequence Diagrams to map out state transitions and calculation flows


• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Apache Fineract

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the elicitation of business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications. 


• Analyze how new requirements interact with existing modules. 


• Proactively identify boundary conditions in financial workflows.


• Map out dependencies to ensure functionality does not break existing user flows. 


• Assist in writing the calculation Test Cases. 


• Maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value and technical dependencies. 


• Facilitate refinement sessions with the project Tech Lead.
