Senior Business Analyst (Consultant)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join the team to optimize pricing, predict demand, and enhance customer experience. Also to improve operational efficiency, conduct predictive maintenance, optimize flight routes and fuel consumption, and streamline cargo operations. Client is one of the largest airlines in the world, based in the United Arab Emirates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in the field of air travel is a must
  • Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases
  • Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, and scope modeling techniques
  • Experience in presale/discovery activities
  • Good organization skills
  • Good communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, and non-technical resources, as well as management
  • Problem-solving skills to support the team and client

Your Responsibilities

  • Defining business needs and goals and their translation into software requirements
  • Business and Competitors Analysis with the aim to find the best tech solution for a client’s needs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams
  • Requirements management, writing of user stories and acceptance criteria, and its improvement based on close cooperation with development and stakeholders teams
  • Priority management and ensuring the roadmap is aligned with backlog priorities
  • Product backlog management and other Agile (scrum) activities in the role of a PO
  • Care about continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
