Senior Business Analyst – Business Process Automation (Insurance) in Remote (Ukraine)
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join the engineering team at Binariks as a Contractor for the Solution Group now and as an employee in the future.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process modeling, re-engineering, and automation initiatives.
- AI Integration: Hands-on experience participating in AI-driven projects, especially those involving intelligent automation, predictive analytics, or decision support systems
- Process Automation: Demonstrated experience leading initiatives to identify, design, and implement automated business processes (workflow automation, RPA, or BPM systems)
- Requirements Gathering: Skilled in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, BRDs, process flows)
- Process Analysis: Expertise in process modeling using BPMN; capable of conducting AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, root cause analysis, and gap assessments

- Experience in Insurance domain
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business processes, requirements, and automation opportunities
- Lead workshops to define TO-BE processes and identify automation potential using BPM tools or RPA platforms
- Translate complex business needs into structured process flows, requirement specifications, and backlog items
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the automation project lifecycle
- Work closely with solution architects and developers to validate designs, ensure functional alignment, and support solution delivery
- Support the testing and rollout of automated solutions, ensuring business goals are met and processes are optimized
- Continuously assess business process performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback
- Contribute to a scalable framework for business process automation within the organization
