Senior Backend Engineer (.Net) in Remote (Europe)
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Backend Engineer (.Net) for our client, a global provider of healthcare solutions specializing in data analytics, software development, and digital transformation. You’ll join a team working on a platform for an industry leader in scientific instrumentation and life sciences. The product supports research in pharma and healthcare by delivering digital solutions that drive innovation and improve outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:Â
- 5+ years of proven experience with .Net
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with C# .Net, specifically Azure Cloud usage
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of serverless architecture and cloud computing principles
- Experience with building data ingestion with multiple file formats, API integration
- Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, including writing unit tests, integration, and E2E testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software applications
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and assist in designing solutions
- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure software quality
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Assist in implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
- Participate in the resolution of production issues and provide support in troubleshooting
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Will be a Plus:
- Experienced with other elements of the client's tech stack
- Experienced with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, or similar
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate
