Scrum Master (Poland) in Remote (Europe)

Binariks is looking for an experienced and skilled Scrum Master to join our team.

Its mission is to deliver secure, user-friendly financial technology solutions that support advisors and institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)


• Ensure Scrum principles are understood and followed across the team


• Help the product owner and stakeholders maintain a well-organized product backlog


• Remove impediments that slow down the team’s progress


• Coach the team on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement


• Track and report on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts, blockers) to management


• Support alignment between engineering and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of priorities and outcomes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment


• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum Alliance or SAFe certification is a plus)


• Experience working with fintech or SaaS projects preferred


• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)


• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills


• Ability to coach and mentor both technical and non-technical team members


• Comfortable collaborating in distributed teams
