Scrum Master (Life Sciences domain) in Remote (Europe)

About:
We are looking for a Scrum Master (Life Sciences domain) to join our client, a global provider of healthcare solutions specializing in data analytics, software development, and digital transformation. You’ll join a team working on a platform for an American industry leader in scientific instrumentation and life sciences. The product supports research in pharma and healthcare by delivering digital solutions that drive innovation and improve outcomes. 

Location – Poland.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master




• Deep understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles




• Experience with Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), or working in the Life Sciences domain




• Proficiency with JIRA and MySQL




• Excellent communication and facilitation skills




• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities




• At least an Upper-Intermediate English level for daily communication

Your Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team meetings




• Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality




• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress




• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support product goals




• Promote continuous improvement within the team




• Foster a positive, productive team environment




• Maintain a clear understanding of tasks and the relevant technical context

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, pharma)




• Familiarity with data-driven product development practices
