What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in QA/testing roles
- Strong understanding of QA practices and principles, including both automation and manual testing.
- Playwright FW experience
- Experience with Java -based automation and frontend automation testing technologies.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Jasmine.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Develop and implement a QA framework, establishing standard practices across the organization.
- Knowledge with Playwright and Selenium
- Develop, review, and execute test plans and test cases for software development projects.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance QA efficiency, including AI-assisted test script generation, intelligent defect detection, and predictive quality analytics.
- Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure software products meet design specifications and requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Java and frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software design and code changes are testable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve QA processes by identifying areas for optimization and recommending new tools, approaches, and methodologies.
