QA Manager (part-time)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated QA Manager (part-time) to join our project - a comprehensive traceability and inventory management solution designed for healthcare organizations. It provides end-to-end visibility of surgical equipment, tracking each item throughout its lifecycle with individual barcoding. This helps manage inventory usage, location, and condition from a centralized platform, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing financial losses due to expired or lost equipment, and minimizing cancelled or delayed surgeries. This solution is applicable across various departments, including sterile services, endoscopy, ultrasound, gynecology, and others.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a QA professional (5+years)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in writing test documentation, creating test plans, and planning regression testing scope
  • Experience in task estimation
  • Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Experience in working with logs
  • Experience with different types of testing
  • Good understanding of feature development workflow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the SDLC, including scheduling, coordinating between teams, and deploying releases on time and with high-quality
  • Develop and establish Quality Assurance processes
  • Enhance and define release management tools to improve tracking and status updates
  • Collaborate with program and product management to establish and maintain a release schedule
  • Compile and share clear and accessible release notes and change lists
  • Approve client releases from a quality perspective
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD processes and automation tools
