Program Manager (Life Sciences domain) in Remote (Europe)

Binariks is looking for a professional and mature Program Manager for our client, a global provider of healthcare solutions specializing in data analytics, software development, and digital transformation. You’ll join a team working on a platform for an industry leader in scientific instrumentation and life sciences. The product supports research in pharma and healthcare by delivering digital solutions that drive innovation and improve outcomes.

Location – ​Spain (Madrid or Barcelona)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale programs and complex IT projects across multiple teams and stakeholders


• Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN)


• Expertise in budget planning and tracking, including financial accountability and ROI analysis


• Strong background in Digital Transformation initiatives and Analytics-driven solutions


• Experience managing and aligning the expectations of multiple internal and external stakeholders


• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of enterprise software deployment


• Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially in hybrid delivery environments


• Proficient in using project/program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent


• Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines


• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder presentations

Good to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow Financials (SNOW) for project financial tracking and reporting


• Prior exposure to Lab IT infrastructure and regulated environments (GxP compliance, etc.)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, deployment, and delivery of complex programs involving multiple concurrent projects


• Ensure alignment to budget, timeline, and strategic objectives while managing scope and stakeholder expectations


• Deliver IT solutions that align with business requirements and regulatory guidelines


• Lead and coordinate distributed cross-functional teams through all phases of the program lifecycle


• Monitor and control progress, quality, and financial performance, ensuring programs stay on track and within budget


• Maintain clear communication with clients and business partners through regular status updates and risk reports


• Anticipate and proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and change across project tracks


• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and promote transparency, accountability, and ownership


• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure cloud-based and lab-specific systems meet end-user needs


• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and delivery leads under your program
