Occupational Health & Safety SME (part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Solution Group. In this role, you will act as a key advisor and contributor in shaping safe, compliant, and scalable solutions across projects and client engagements. The SME will work closely with stakeholders to define scalable, data-driven safety programs aligned with modern occupational health practices, including ergonomics, musculoskeletal injury prevention, and risk management. This role is ideal for a safety professional who wants to go beyond traditional compliance and play a strategic role in designing safe, scalable, and future-ready solutions as part of a dynamic Solution Group.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles (preferably in complex, multi-project environments)




• Strong knowledge of OHS regulations, standards (e.g., OSHA, EU directives), and best practices




• Experience with ergonomic assessments, risk management, and safety audits




• Knowledge of risk factors contributing to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)




• Ability to embed safety principles into technical or operational solutions




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills




• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary OHS expert within the Solution Group, providing guidance across multiple projects and domains


• Contribute to building and evolving the client’s product roadmap by assessing the current state, identifying gaps, and incorporating relevant industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety


• Integrate health & safety requirements into solution design, architecture, and delivery frameworks


• Conduct ergonomic and risk assessments for new and existing solutions


• Support pre-sales and proposal activities by contributing OHS expertise to client solutions
