

Occupational Health & Safety SME (part-time)
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Solution Group. In this role, you will act as a key advisor and contributor in shaping safe, compliant, and scalable solutions across projects and client engagements. The SME will work closely with stakeholders to define scalable, data-driven safety programs aligned with modern occupational health practices, including ergonomics, musculoskeletal injury prevention, and risk management. This role is ideal for a safety professional who wants to go beyond traditional compliance and play a strategic role in designing safe, scalable, and future-ready solutions as part of a dynamic Solution Group.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles (preferably in complex, multi-project environments)
Strong knowledge of OHS regulations, standards (e.g., OSHA, EU directives), and best practices
Experience with ergonomic assessments, risk management, and safety audits
Knowledge of risk factors contributing to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)
Ability to embed safety principles into technical or operational solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary OHS expert within the Solution Group, providing guidance across multiple projects and domains
- Contribute to building and evolving the client’s product roadmap by assessing the current state, identifying gaps, and incorporating relevant industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety
- Integrate health & safety requirements into solution design, architecture, and delivery frameworks
- Conduct ergonomic and risk assessments for new and existing solutions
- Support pre-sales and proposal activities by contributing OHS expertise to client solutions
