Middle/Senior Flutter Engineer in Remote (Ukraine)

About:
Binariks is looking for a highly proactive and skilled Middle/Senior Flutter Engineer to join the AI team, that enriches the application with AI-based features.
Our project is a healthcare data platform for Medicare patient management. It addresses the problem of fragmented medical data across healthcare facilities by consolidating information into a complete, readable patient chart for providers and staff. Ultimately, it enables advanced intelligence use cases, helping healthcare providers deliver the highest quality of care.

There are several teams on this project. Your future teammates will be: 4 Flutter Engineers, 1 Tech Lead, 4 Node.js Engineers, 1 Full Stack Engineer, 1 Python Engineer, 4 QAs, 2 BA/Tech Writers, 1 DevOps, Engineering Manager, and a Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of development experience in an Agile/Scrum environment


• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart


• Experience with desktop applications and API development


• Solid experience with Firebase


• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively discussing technical concepts 


• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English for daily communication

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a cross-platform desktop application using Flutter for Windows and macOS 


• Integrate with RESTful APIs


• Close work with GCP services (e.g., Firebase, etc.) 


• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application across platforms


• Work in highly concurrent environments with a large amount of data, facing performance, scalability, latency, and resource consumption challenges every day


• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience in the healthcare industry


• Experience with Riverpod
