Middle Strong/Senior Full-Stack (React + .NET) Engineer in Remote (Ukraine)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full-Stack Engineer (React + .NET) to join our team on the healthcare industry project from the USA.
About the project: A SaaS platform is in the healthcare domain which gives the opportunity to manage appointments, communication between doctors and patients, billing, insurance, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineer




• Strong knowledge of React and .NET 




• Experience building modern React applications with TanStack Query, Zustand, Atom and MUI




• Experience with RESTful API and Microservices




• Hands-on experience with SQL database design




• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues




• Experience with Azure 




• Experience in documenting requirements and specifications




• People-oriented and a team player




• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers




• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English




• Degree in applied computer science 




• Experience with projects in healthcare domain will be a plus

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components primarily using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Zustand




• Build and enhance backend services with .NET, including writing and optimizing queries to interact with databases




• Participate actively in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve the development process




• Support CI/CD pipeline management and contribute to building and maintaining Azure DevOps jobs




• Communicate clearly and effectively within the team and cross-functionally to align on project goals




• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and bug fixes.




• Collaborate with developers and other teams to understand the root causes of issues and implement effective solutions




• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources




• Document and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.




• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in application support
