Middle Python Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Middle Python Engineer to join our team. 
It's a tech company focused on enhancing the customer experience within the residential construction industry. Their solutions are designed to help home builders better understand and respond to buyer needs throughout the entire homeownership journey from purchase to post-move-in.
The company’s core platform enables builders to gather and analyze customer feedback at key interaction points. It integrates seamlessly with tools like Google, Zillow, and Salesforce, and empowers teams to drive service improvements and higher satisfaction rates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of development experience in an Agile/Scrum environment


• Proficiency in Python and Flask


• Solid knowledge of MSSQL


• Familiarity with AWS services 


• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively discussing technical concepts


• Upper-intermediate level of English 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask, and build integrations with the UI part


• Develop new features and components, refactor, debug, and maintain software


• Analyze and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions


• Work with MS SQL databases: write and optimize complex queries


• Ensure high code quality with unit/integration testing


• Participate in team ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews

Would be a plus:

• Experience with microservice architecture


• Eager to learn and work with innovative AI technologies
