Lead/Senior Marketing Manager

Binariks is looking for a contributor to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate is expected to have experience strategizing, implementing, and maintaining complex marketing strategies. As part of the Marketing team, you will be a key participant in transforming digital marketing on our key channels of inbound traffic. This will require you to understand how our user journey operates today, the vision for the future, and our path to get there. Your expertise and insights will drive forward marketing plans and digital marketing efficiency for Binariks. You will partner with multi-functional teams at multiple levels across the organization to support marketing campaigns, technology and apply a deep understanding of digital analytics and optimization performance.

Success in this role requires a strong foundation in all digital channels (web, SEO, SEM, social, email marketing, nurture programs), data and analysis skills coupled with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Building relationships within the marketing & sales teams will be key. This position will require you to engage with a wide variety of partners to socialize and advance our owned digital strategy. You will need to think beyond the raw data, understand the business context, and surface opportunities.


  • Contribute to the development of Marketing Strategy and execute it with the rest of marketing team along with Top Management in accordance with company’s business goals; 
  • Build data-driven marketing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen the localized brand across different channels;
  • Research new channels and ideas for promoting our services;
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assess against goals;
  • Constant work on increasing traffic volumes and website conversion;
  • Perform researches and manage monitoring process for competitive analysis, competitors monitoring and analysis from marketing perspective;
  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, digital, social media, or content marketing
  • Close work with Marketing Manager, Content writer, Designer, and external vendors to ensure correct alignment across all channels
  • Experimenting on channels, landing pages, and creatives, and to enforce the digital experience of our prospects.
  • Implement best practices, making recommendations on how to improve results; collect data and results to report to key stakeholders.
  • Development and creation of marketing materials
  • Expand sales and marketing teams’ understanding of digital marketing.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT digital marketing
  • Upper-Intermediate English and higher
  • Knowledge of web analytics Google Analytics, Google AdWords and similar platforms
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience or understanding of SEO
  • Experience with US and EU markets
  • Familiar with the buyer’s journey and the unique opportunities for marketing to influence it
  • Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, social media, email marketing, nurture programs, web/landing pages, A/B testing and optimization, and outreach
  • Experience with B2B marketing, specifically high-tech products/services
  • Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
  • Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across business teams
  • Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to prioritize the work that will have the biggest impact
  • Results and metrics-driven
  • Highly motivated change agent that can push against the status quo and seed new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways of working

  • A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
