BinariksĀ is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Lead/Senior Data ScientistĀ (part-time)Ā for our client, a leading company in molecular diagnostics, specializing in liquid biopsy and the development of innovative blood-based tests for early cancer detection. Their products are designed for non-invasive cancer screening, offering an alternative to traditional invasive methods like tissue biopsies. The client's mission is to prolong lives by creating groundbreaking technologies capable of identifying tumors years before symptoms appear.

What Weāre Looking For:Ā
- 5+ years of experience as a data science engineer, ML engineer or related
- Understanding of cancer diagnosis and treatment, as well as clinical workflows and decision-making processes
- Experience with CT/MRI scans and cancer diagnosis
- Ability to develop and validate algorithms for image feature selection and multimodal analysis
- Experience working with large datasets, including EHR and molecular data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Recognize business requirements in the context of business intelligence and transform data into useable insights
- Taking part in developing of multimodal algorithms based on CT/MRI scans, EHR and molecular data for screen cancer detection before symptoms appear
- Model prediction smoothing
- Overviewing of model integration and deployment process
- Communicate developed algorithms effectively to business stakeholders
