Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Lead Fullstack Engineer (React and Node.js).
About the client: It is a global leader in management consulting with offices in 30 countries.
They combine deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation etc.
This is a Contract position (full-time for several months) with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent employee.
What We’re Looking For:

What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of work experience in Software development
- Experience working with React
- Experience working with Node.js
- Strong understanding of system architecture and cloud environments
- An open-mind and willingness to work in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to make technical decisions whilst explaining business impact
- Proficient in leading and mentoring team members
- At least Upper-intermediate English
- Experience in Insurance
- Experience in migration from Shiny to React
- Lead the technical direction of the project and guide the team through the rewriting of the current solution using best practices
- Oversee and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Maintain and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including QA, designers, and product owners, to align on goals and deliverables
- Provide technical mentorship to team members and help them grow
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the application lifecycle.
