Your Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Build a strong pipeline and source candidates for key positions to quickly meet the needs of the business
Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Foster and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal HR teams to support effective hiring
Schedule virtual and in-person interviews, including any candidate travel arrangements (as needed), to create a clear and enjoyable candidate experience
Review and understand technical job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience, preferably for outsourcing software development companies
Good understanding of the recruiting process
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references
Conduct pre-interviewing of candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references
Initiate screening of candidates and facilitate effective and close communication between Candidates, Technical Experts and Hiring Managers
Maintain and update applicant records in the applicant tracking system
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using social media tools
Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, languages
Upper-Intermediate+ English level
