Binariks is looking for a proactive, initiative, and experienced HR Manager. A teammate will participate in all HR activities in our company.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience on the same position
Practical knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Practical knowledge of business acumen and management principles
Basic knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
Practical knowledge of records administration and maintenance techniques and procedures
Basic knowledge of inventory control principles and methods
Practical knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Upper - intermediate English
Your Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and offboarding
Assist and organize Performance Appraisals
Develop and implement HR Policies throughout the organization
Conduct various feedback sessions (180, 360, etc.)
Provide support to Specialists in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
Gather and analyze data with HR metrics (Specialist turnover\Specialist satisfaction etc.)
Maintain Specialist records (ATS\google sheets) regarding starting days\anniversaries\last PA session\etc.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, applying new perks and benefits (birthday celebrations\anniversaries, etc.)
