Fintech Architect in Ukraine

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Fintech Architect for our solution group to be actively involved in the pre-sale opportunities, create solutions for new and existing projects and a variety of audits who will join our team on a part-time basis.

What We’re Looking For

Deep knowledge of modern architecture principles, especially in fintech sectors
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and API integrations
Expertise in the technical requirements of banking, payment gateways, insurance, and investment systems
Proficient understanding of financial laws, such as GDPR and SOC for financial data, PSD2 for payment services, and local banking and insurance regulations
Familiarity with international financial standards and their impact on solution design (IFRS, Basel Accords, FATF Recommendations, CRS (Common Reporting Standard) etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Problem-solving mindset with an analytical approach
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech or a related industry
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software programming, proficiency in any programming language is a must
Certifications in fintech, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.) or architectural design and methodologies would be a plus

Your Responsibilities

Design scalable and robust solutions across banking, payment gateways, insurance, and investment sectors
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between solution design and business requirements
Evaluate current architectures, identify gaps, and propose improvements
Seamlessly integrate new technologies and platforms into existing systems
Establish secure communication between banking systems, payment processors, insurance databases, and investment platforms
Ensure all solutions are compliant with local, national, and international financial regulations
Collaborate with the legal team to address specific regulatory challenges
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at the company
Establish and maintain communication between technical teams and business units to ensure the successful implementation of fintech solutions
