

Content Manager in Remote (Ukraine)
BinariksĀ is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content ManagerĀ to join our team.
Our project - white-label SaaS solution for makeup producing brands, which allows to create reseller network and showcase real and relevant customer experience using their product (The application matches shoppers to photo and video reviews from real people with the same skin profile to get accurate shade recommendations)
Your Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:
Content Review & Quality Assurance:
- Meticulously review all video and photo submissions from creators against specific brand guidelines and campaign briefs.
- Assign a final status (Approved/Unapproved) and provide constructive, actionable feedback to creators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, engaging daily via Discord, Instagram, and email.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and responsive community environment.
- Expertly upload and manage all content within the Hue backend portal.
- Track all content submissions across multiple campaigns, proactively following up on deadlines and overdue deliverables.
- Work closely with the Community Marketing and Customer Success teams to gain a deep understanding of and execute each brand's strategic content goals.
What Weāre Looking For:
- Proven experience in content management, community management, or a similar operational role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong critical eye for assessing content quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Tech-savvy with a proven ability to quickly master new software and digital portals.
- Superb organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with basic video editing tasks using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar software.
- A portfolio or examples demonstrating the ability to edit UGC-style content for social media.
- Understanding of social media trends and paid advertising specs.
