Consultant in the Lead Generation sphere(Insurance domain)

Binariks is looking for an experienced and highly skilled consultant in the lead generation sphere(insurance domain).
About the Project: Our Client operates a healthcare data aggregation and matchmaking platform that connects patients with brokers. They aim to implement agentic AI to automate and optimize their lead-generation and data-processing pipelines. The system ingests large volumes of patient data, routes it through multiple partners, and requires robust, scalable data orchestration.

What We’re Looking For:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst, preferably in lead-generation, performance marketing, or matchmaking platforms.


  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry’s lead-generation landscape, including lead distribution models, scoring, quality assessment, and traffic sources.


  • Proven experience with optimization logic (ranking, scoring, routing, recommendation rules).


  • Ability to design data-driven business processes and translate them into technical requirements.


  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Architect, PM, BA, engineering).


  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with KPIs related to lead performance, cost efficiency, and conversion metrics.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and present findings.


  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the current lead-generation ecosystem and identify optimization opportunities for insurance lead flows.


  • Work closely with the Architect, PM, and BA team to design the Automated Source Optimizer (ASO) -a recommendation engine for selecting the most efficient lead sources.


  • Collect and structure business requirements, transform them into clear functional specifications.


  • Evaluate existing lead-generation or matchmaking platforms and propose best-practice approaches for insurance-specific use cases.


  • Develop data-driven models and decision logic for ranking, routing, and prioritizing lead sources.


  • Conduct market research on lead vendors, performance metrics, pricing models, and quality indicators within the insurance domain.


  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders.


  • Support the team during implementation, ensuring requirements clarity and proper solution alignment with business goals.


  • Validate solution effectiveness through KPIs, testing scenarios, and performance analytics.
