Business Development Lead (Sales) for EU Market in Remote (Europe)

To support our growth in the European market, we're looking for a Business Development Lead (Sales) for EU Market who is ready to take ownership of the sales cycle, lead a team, and be hands-on in daily activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager or Account Executive in IT outsourcing/B2B services

  • Proven track record of working with metrics and data to drive decisions

  • Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on client experience

  • Experience communicating and closing deals with C-level stakeholders

  • Strong lead generation skills and analytical thinking

  • Solid background in account development

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • High emotional intelligence and team orientation

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and outsourcing models

  • General knowledge of web development

  • Good grasp of Sales and Marketing funnels

  • Advanced English

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Sales Managers working with the EU and UK markets

  • Regular business trips and in-person meetings with clients and partners

  • Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing the deal

  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery team (PMs, BAs, Designers, Devs, QA) to prepare tailored responses to client requests

  • Create and present commercial proposals

  • Work closely with the LeadGen and Marketing teams to analyze and explore new markets (by geography and industry)

  • Leverage CRM data to forecast and track pipeline performance

  • Contribute to the development of Sales plans, objectives, and performance metrics

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly syncs with the Sales Team

  • Actively search for new opportunities and sales channels

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales goals

  • Lead by example: set OKRs, drive planning sessions, host regular reviews, and run learning initiatives

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in Healthcare and/or FinTech domains

  • Experience leading a Sales team
