Business Development Lead (Sales) for EU Market in Remote (Europe)

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager or Account Executive in IT outsourcing/B2B services
- Proven track record of working with metrics and data to drive decisions
- Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on client experience
- Experience communicating and closing deals with C-level stakeholders
- Strong lead generation skills and analytical thinking
- Solid background in account development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and team orientation
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and outsourcing models
- General knowledge of web development
- Good grasp of Sales and Marketing funnels
- Advanced English
- Lead and support a team of Sales Managers working with the EU and UK markets
- Regular business trips and in-person meetings with clients and partners
- Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing the deal
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery team (PMs, BAs, Designers, Devs, QA) to prepare tailored responses to client requests
- Create and present commercial proposals
- Work closely with the LeadGen and Marketing teams to analyze and explore new markets (by geography and industry)
- Leverage CRM data to forecast and track pipeline performance
- Contribute to the development of Sales plans, objectives, and performance metrics
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly syncs with the Sales Team
- Actively search for new opportunities and sales channels
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Lead by example: set OKRs, drive planning sessions, host regular reviews, and run learning initiatives
- Experience in Healthcare and/or FinTech domains
- Experience leading a Sales team
