What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of working experience in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
- Working experience in process automation via Atlassian Automation plugin and REST API (audit logs, workflow, smart values, conditions, synchronization, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills, attention to details
- Strong logical and analytical skills, critical thinking
- Verbal & written communication skills, ability to consult and discuss requests with the client
- Experience with Power Automate or third-party integrations
- New Jira projects creation & configuration;
- Work on automated task creation based on case stage and decision trees;
- Business process automation via Atlassian tools (workflow, forms, mail handlers, etc);
- Configure Jira dashboards for KPI tracking (case volume, cases per manager);
- Initiate and support data analysis and process improvements;
- Consult on Atlassian opportunities and best practices;
- Work on third-party integrations via Power Automate;
- Discover third-party APIs for proper connections and data transfer between Jira and the service for document and form management.
