Lead Generation Manager

Binariks is looking for lead generation manager for designing, driving and execution of lead generation strategy. Ideally, the candidate needs to have B2B marketing and marketing automation tools experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generating business leads the inbound/outbound way;
  • Attracting and converting prospects into leads;
  • Building up effective communications with prospects via social media (Linkedin etc);
  • Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
  • Working with cold emails automation tools;
  • Working with CRM daily;
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans;
  • Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies;
  • Organization and supporting Road Show

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English and higher;
  • Experience in Lead Generation ( at least 0,5 year);
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies;
  • Understanding of SDLC;
  • Understanding negotiation and sales process;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail: the ability to find the right information
  • Self-organization and time management skills;
