Lead Generation Manager
Binariks is looking for a person ready to learn and willing to grow, which will act as a Lead Generation Manager for designing, driving, and execution of lead generation strategy. Ideally, the candidate needs to have B2B marketing and marketing automation tools experience..
Responsibilities
- Generating business leads the inbound/outbound way;
- Attracting and converting prospects into leads;
- Building up effective communications with prospects via social media (Linkedin etc);
- Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
- Working with cold emails automation tools;
- Working with CRM daily;
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans;
- Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies;
- Set-up face to face meetings for sales people in the US
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate English and higher;
- Ability to learn fast;
- Desire to learn and grow as a professional;
- Proactiveness, motivation, and honesty are must;
- Self-organization and time management skills;
- Result-oriented and persistent, with a proactive position, ready to search and learn new search systems and new platforms;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail: the ability to find the right information
- Understanding of IT terminology
You have advantage if you have:
- Experience of working or studying abroad (US, Europe);
- Understanding/Experience of Lead Generation processes;
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Knowledge of channels of searching for the clients;
- Experience of working with b2b (LinkedIn, Crunchbase etc) platforms;
- Any sales or marketing experience;
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Understanding negotiation and sales process
