Senior Product Business Analyst in Remote (Ukraine)
Binariks is looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise and a product-oriented mindset to support the development and commercialization of our AI-powered insurance solutions.
We are building configurable AI products that address complex, document-heavy workflows in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
Our goal is not to build a separate custom solution for every client. We aim to identify where a client's business problem can be solved using our existing product capabilities, extend the platform through configuration or targeted customization, and continuously evolve reusable product offerings.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can join early-stage presales conversations, quickly understand a prospect's business problem and workflows, and evaluate whether and how our existing product can be positioned as a solution.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Presales, Insurance Domain Expertise, and Engineering.
Example of the product: The configurable AI platform designed to automate document-heavy underwriting workflows. The solution helps underwriting teams ingest and structure submission data, validate it against business rules and underwriting guidelines, identify data gaps and conflicts, and route cases based on AI confidence levels.
