Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)

Binariks is looking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) to join us in building a greenfield. The project is a mental health platform focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based digital interventions to help academic institutions provide efficient support for students. In this role, you will take full ownership of feature development from concept to production, driving app performance, pipeline stability, and seamless system integrations.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade iOS and Android applications with React Native
  • Solid experience integrating with Node.js backends via REST and GraphQL, with an ability to design and agree on scalable API contracts
  • Hands-on experience working with AWS services relevant to mobile backends
  • Deep understanding of profiling tools and practical techniques to optimize startup times, memory leaks, rendering cycles, and battery performance
  • Strong experience with modern mobile testing frameworks (e.g., React Native Testing Library)
  • Proven track record in establishing and maintaining mobile continuous integration and deployment workflows (GitHub Actions)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools & workflows
  • Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to lead feature delivery independently from idea to launch
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical details with non-technical stakeholders and external clients
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to agree on API contracts and integrate Node.js services via REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Work directly with AWS services supporting the mobile application ecosystem
  • Profile and continuously improve app startup time, rendering efficiency, memory usage, JavaScript bundle size, and battery consumption
  • Set up, maintain, and automate mobile release pipelines using GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and store deployment tools
  • Maintain high code quality and reliability through automated unit, integration, and E2E testing strategies
  • Take full technical ownership of features from initial architecture discussions through development, deployment, and production monitoring
  • Communicate technical solutions and progress clearly to cross-functional teams, management, and client stakeholders
