Senior Flutter Developer in Remote (Ukraine)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of transportation and premium car service project. The custom-built platform covers full operational management - driver tracking, order processing, and administrative capabilities - offering an experience similar to industry-standard ride-sharing platforms. 
 

What We’re Looking For 

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile development, with strong commercial experience in Flutter as the primary stack.

• Proven track record of releasing and maintaining apps on both the App Store and Google Play, including store submission and review processes.

• Proven experience consuming RESTful APIs; experience with real-time communication (WebSockets / streams), token-based authentication (JWT / OAuth), and role-based access control.

• Practical experience with Google Maps / Mapbox SDKs, background location tracking, route rendering, and ETA logic.

• Working knowledge of FCM push notifications, Crashlytics, Analytics; familiarity with deep linking.

• Hands-on daily use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar; ability to prompt effectively, integrate generated code into an existing codebase, and critically review its output.

• CI/CD experience with mobile pipelines (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions) and app distribution (TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution).

• Ability to implement designs accurately from Figma and suggest improvements where workflows can be simplified.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Implement the remaining application workflows for iOS and Android based on already-defined UX designs.

• Refine and polish the user experience across both platforms.

• Integrate the mobile app with the proprietary backend - order processing, driver tracking, admin capabilities.

• Prepare the app for production release - build configuration, store submissions, release pipeline.

• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily workflow, while reviewing and validating generated code for quality and security.

• Refine and estimate new tasks according to client requirements.

• Work closely with the client and team to translate requirements into clean, functional code.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks and improve overall app stability and performance.

• Address technical challenges and bugs.
