Blockchain Architect (Fintech) in Lviv, UA

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies (Ripple Blockchain), smart contracts, and decentralized applications. The Blockchain Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable and secure blockchain solutions to address complex business challenges. Active participation in pre-sales activities is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Architectural Design: Develop and design end-to-end blockchain solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and system architecture.


• 
  Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms and tools based on project requirements.


• 
  Smart Contract Development: Design and implement smart contracts to automate business processes. Ensure the security and integrity of smart contracts through rigorous testing and code reviews.


• 
  Integration: Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems. 


• 
  Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect blockchain systems and data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.


• 
  Payment System Knowledge: Knowledge of Ripple Blockchain and its applications in financial transactions. Proficiency in SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) for Eurozone and EUR transactions. Familiarity with FasterPay for UK and GBP transactions. Understanding of CHAPS (Clearing House Automated Payment System) for UK and GBP transactions, particularly those exceeding 100k. Knowledge of SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) for USD/EUR transactions.


• 
  Pre-sales Participation: Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including contributing to proposal development, client presentations, and technical consultations.


• 
  Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, system configurations, and development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Blockchain Architect or similar role.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Proven experience in leading and managing blockchain development teams.


• Strong knowledge of consensus algorithms and their practical applications.


• Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions.


• Proficiency in conducting feasibility studies and impact analyses for blockchain integration.


• Familiarity with regulatory considerations and compliance requirements in the financial and blockchain space.


• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.


• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain implementations.


• Proactive mindset with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.


• Effective project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of blockchain solutions within budget constraints.


• Experience in collaborating with external partners, vendors, and clients to achieve common goals.
