Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer in Ukraine

Binariks is looking for a Senior/Lead UX/UI Designer. This person in perspective is going to lead Product Design (UI/UX) Competency within Binariks and become a part of the Solution team kickoffing Discovery Phases and Leading/Monitoring the existing projects following the best practices.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of professional experience (ISV, Enterprise)
Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator
Design complete user experiences to meet the client’s needs and vision.
Time management skills, work organization and detail orientation
Experience with such tools as Miro, Invision, Marvel, Figma, Sketch
Knows how to work with product design vision, workshops, roadmaps etc.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Ability to learn quickly, responsibility, motivation, enthusiasm for technology

Your Responsibilities

Take part in Discovery and Pre-sale Phases
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and product architecture to effectively communicate interaction.
Be a part of some project team (part-time e.g.)
Coaching/Mentoring other team members
