What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on React (JavaScript) development
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS
Experience with healthcare projects will be a huge plus
Experience with AWS cloud will be a plus
Strong leadership skills with a desire to mentor other developers
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Environment
Positive and solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated to explore new technologies and environments
At least Upper-Intermediate English level for daily communication

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to devise innovative technical solutions
Ensure all code is readable and testable and that technical debt is constantly evaluated and iteratively eliminated
Troubleshoot issues and improve front-end performance
Improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions, taking ownership of critical components or modules
Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with coding standards
